Important Notice
Violation of these rules may result in immediate disqualification from contests, forfeiture of prizes, and permanent account termination. Please read and understand all rules before participating.
By participating in WinMoreSports contests, you agree to abide by the following rules and guidelines:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to participate
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All decisions made by WinMoreSports administrators regarding contests and prizes are final
- WinMoreSports reserves the right to modify these rules at any time with reasonable notice
One Account Per Person Policy (No Multi-Accounting)
Each individual is permitted to have only ONE account on WinMoreSports. Multi-accounting (creating or operating multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited and is considered a serious violation of our rules.
Prohibited activities include:
- Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses
- Using another person's account or sharing account credentials
- Operating accounts on behalf of other individuals
- Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to mask multiple account usage
- Allowing others to use your account for any purpose
Consequences of multi-accounting:
- Immediate disqualification from all active contests
- Forfeiture of all prizes and rewards
- Permanent ban of all associated accounts
- Forfeiture of any VIP membership fees paid
Household Limit:
To ensure fair play, a maximum of 4 accounts may be registered from the same household (IP address). This helps prevent multi-account abuse while allowing reasonable family participation.
If your household requires additional accounts beyond this limit, please contact us to request an exception.
Entry Requirements:
- All entries must be submitted before the contest lock time
- Once a contest is locked, no changes to entries are permitted
- Incomplete entries may be accepted but unanswered questions will be marked incorrect
- Entry into a contest constitutes acceptance of that contest's specific rules
Scoring:
- Correct predictions earn points as specified in each contest
- Scoring is based on official results from verified sources
- In case of postponed or cancelled events, affected questions may be voided
- Tiebreakers will be applied according to contest-specific rules
Prizes:
- Prize distribution is based on final standings after all results are verified
- Prizes are awarded in the form of tickets unless otherwise specified
- Prize pools and distribution structures are displayed before entry
- WinMoreSports reserves the right to withhold prizes pending investigation of rule violations
WinMoreSports is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Cheating:
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to submit entries
- Exploiting bugs or glitches in the platform
- Using insider information not available to the general public
- Manipulating contest results through any means
Collusion:
- Coordinating entries with other participants to gain unfair advantage
- Sharing entry information with other participants before contest lock
- Agreeing to split prizes outside of official contest rules
- Working together to manipulate contest outcomes
The following activities are prohibited and will result in disciplinary action:
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users or staff
- Posting offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or personal information
- Engaging in fraudulent activity of any kind
- Circumventing security measures or platform restrictions
- Using the platform for illegal purposes
- Spamming or excessive promotional activity
- Impersonating WinMoreSports staff or other users
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy platform features
- Interfering with the proper operation of the platform
Our referral program rewards users for growing the WinMoreSports community. To maintain program integrity:
- Referrals must be genuine individuals who independently choose to join
- Self-referrals (referring your own additional accounts) are prohibited
- Fake or fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of rewards
- Incentivizing referrals through unauthorized means is prohibited
- Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be reversed if violations are discovered
WinMoreSports reserves the right to investigate suspected rule violations and take appropriate action. Penalties may include:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning
- Contest Disqualification: Removal from specific contests with forfeiture of entry
- Prize Forfeiture: Loss of any prizes won in violation of rules
- Temporary Suspension: Account suspension for a specified period
- Permanent Ban: Permanent termination of account and all associated accounts
The severity of the penalty will be determined based on the nature and severity of the violation, the user's history, and other relevant factors. Serious violations such as multi-accounting, fraud, or cheating will typically result in immediate permanent ban.
If you believe a decision was made in error or wish to dispute a ruling:
- Contact our support team at support@winmoresports.com within 7 days of the decision
- Provide your username, contest details, and a clear explanation of your dispute
- Include any relevant evidence or documentation
- Our team will review your case and respond within a reasonable timeframe
Please note that all decisions regarding scoring, results, and rule enforcement are made at the sole discretion of WinMoreSports. While we carefully consider all appeals, our final decision is binding.
By creating an account and participating in contests on WinMoreSports, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all rules outlined on this page.
These rules work in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
