Welcome to WinMoreSports. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WinMoreSports platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by WinMoreSports LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We encourage you to read these Terms carefully before using our platform.

To use our Service, you must:

WinMoreSports offers VIP membership tiers that provide access to premium features, including the ability to create contests and build teams.

Billing:

• VIP memberships are billed annually through PayPal
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with advance notice

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to VIP features until your subscription expires

Refunds:

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
• Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

Our platform allows users to participate in sports prediction contests. By participating, you agree to:

• Follow all contest rules and guidelines
• Submit entries before posted deadlines
• Accept the results and scoring as determined by our system
• Not use any automated systems, bots, or unfair methods to gain advantage

Fair Play:

We are committed to fair competition. Any attempt to manipulate contests, collude with other users, create multiple accounts, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.

Prizes:

Prize distribution is subject to contest-specific rules. We reserve the right to withhold prizes pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Posting offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service
• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules or restrictions
• Engaging in any form of cheating or fraud

Our referral program allows VIP members to earn rewards by referring new users to the platform. By participating in the referral program:

• Referrals must be genuine and made to real individuals
• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals are prohibited
• Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be revoked for violations
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WinMoreSports LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You may submit content to our Service, including contest entries, profile information, and communications. By submitting content, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service
• Represent that you own or have the right to submit the content
• Agree that your content does not violate any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for any losses incurred through participation in contests or use of the platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINMORESPORTS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WinMoreSports LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to pay subscription fees
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which WinMoreSports LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located within the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification
• Provide you with reasonable notice before changes take effect

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
